Sharing my fav evening look.
Sari!
I have here a hand loomed silk sari in Turquoise and Navy which
was as a matter of fact a gift given to me some time back. I wore this
on my Niece’s birthday as sari in the evening is my fav wardrobe
choice.
Since the colors are extremely vibrant I kept the entire look very
simple and elegant with only a diamond nose pin as accessory.
High heels from Aldo and an Aldo embroidery clutch finished the look. I kept my hair loose in their natural
curls and my makeup peachy and dewy so as not to add extra color to an already bright outfit.
Tvinkal is an idea that is seeded in the mind of our Muse and CEO Jahanara because of a dearth of good reading material pertaining to Pakistanis. An avid reader herself, she felt that most of the Pakistani Blogs were all about either sensationalism or were so deeply monetized that all they offered were advertisements or endorsements of different brands.
There isn’t a single Pakistani Lifestyle Blog that talks about the real life interests of Pakistanis especially the women. Be it Fashion, Trends, Street Style, Cooking, Shopping, Upcoming Events, Movie Reviews or a take on the International Scene, we just never get to read a Pakistanis Perspective.
And that is how Tvinkal came about!
