End of the year is always a time when social commitments are at their peak.

Sometimes transitioning from a dinner to a wedding to a party is easier said than done.

I’m sharing today one such evening when I needed to transition from a relatively casual dinner to a

semi-formal do.

I chose an ink blue sari which actually has a plain blouse but keeping in view the fact that I had to

later attend a more formal party I added a sequins blouse.

The Vintage Pashmina Shawl dressed up the rest of the outfit making any heavy jewelry redundant.

I did, however, add a few diamond pieces that were understated but could yet switch from a dinner

to a formal party; Since my entire look was understated I added my favorite gold Michael Kors

heels to add a little bling to the look.
