A salt bath
I had heard about a salt baths of course or rather not exactly a salt bath but actually finishing off your bath with some salt soaked in hot water to take care of bruising and other muscular problems. However it was a vague home remedy that didn’t really mean anything till I didn’t experience it myself.
Just last week I took a fall and had quite the terrible bruises on one shin which I was suffering through till one of the house hold staff insisted on adding about 8 heaped table spoons of rock salt to a tub of water and insisted I use this after my regular bath. Umm the reason I’m writing about this life hack today is that it is a magnificent remedy! Of course the bruises didn’t go away suddenly but the pain diminished by almost 70% and I was able to freely move around with little discomfort but not particular pain!
So next time there is an unfortunate accident with you or even if you are all sore due to excessive exercising try this remedy.
Just soak salt in warm water and after your regular shower use this. Make sure you slowly massage your body or effected body part half way so the salt penetrates your skin.
