The Original Noorani
With the advent of new eating places almost on a weekly basis in Karachi it seems that everyone with even the most discriminating taste will find something to eat.
I’m a foodie through and through and believe me I don’t blame myself! I mean the few extra pounds have to be because I was born in a family that take the word food lovers to another level altogether!
Anyhow I had a tough day and craved comfort food! I didn’t want a crowd and I didn’t want to eat in and so I drove to Noorani kata kat on Tariq Road for food that I could eat in the car. Usually Brain Masala which is a hot favorite of mine is best enjoyed at Kolachi or Noorani do darya. But like I said no crowds so the original Noorani made sense to me.
And well yeah I had so much fun and remembered my love for Brain Masala all over again. My parents used to bring us here for food in the late 0s when we were little kids and so I ate there after decades!
Loved it! The Barbecue my daughter ordered was a disappointment but the Brain Masala I had was the best I’ve had in Karachi for ages. Reminded me of my most fav food place in the world Lakshmi Chowk Lahore. So if any one of you is a Brain Masala fan like I am then head over to Noorani the Original at Tariq Road!
